1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return items purchased from our online store within 30 days of the order delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Personalized or customized items, including engraved jewelry, are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please submit a Return Request Form or contact via email or phone us at 304-405-2453.

  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received.

  • Include the RA number on the package to ensure proper processing of your return.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected before processing your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund or store credit, and place a new order for the desired item.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
