Guarantee Coverage

Repair Quality: We guarantee the quality of our repairs for a period of 6 months from the date of service. If any repair fails under normal wear and tear during this period, we will re-repair it free of charge.

Materials Used: Any materials we use for repairs, such as solder, gems, or other components, are guaranteed against defects. If any materials we provided fail within the guarantee period, we will replace them at no additional cost.

Workmanship: If you find any workmanship errors within 6 months of the service date, we will rectify the issue at no charge.
Exclusions
Our guarantee does not cover the following:
